Cancellation Policy

At Pastor.Academy Coaching, we value and respect both your time and ours. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before a scheduled session are free of charge. For cancellations made within 23 hours, a fee of 50% of the session cost will apply to honor the preparation and time commitment involved. We understand that emergencies may arise, so please contact us for special circumstances, such as illness or family emergencies, to discuss possible adjustments. Our policy, compliant with Washington State laws and online service standards, ensures transparent handling of any cancellation fees or refunds within 10 business days. By scheduling with us, clients agree to uphold these terms as part of their leadership commitment to respecting each other's time.
